The company has been registered on 19.06.1989 and the registered office of the company is situated at 825, Gandhi Chowk, Ranikhet, Uttarakhand.  KCPL also has a branch office at Tehripuliya, Nainital Road, Haldwani.

The company has been incorporated with the main objects of carrying on the business of construction of Hydro/Electrical/Water Supply /Mechanical / Civil / Instrumentation projects on turnkey basis.
